Custom home prices vary, depending on the size, style, location, building materials, and features of a house. Every home owner wants something different, so we work with each individually to develop floor plans and set a budget. We can provide an estimated square-foot price in our initial meetings, but actual pricing depends on the final floor plan, finishes, materials, and other selections.
Generally, residential homes, spec homes, and duplexes are completed 5-6 months after breaking ground. Before we start construction on a custom home, we spend several months planning the details to ensure a smooth building process.
Bartolazzi Homes builds homes and duplexes throughout Greater Green Bay and the Fox Cities. Our construction crews travel up to 50 miles from De Pere, Wisconsin. We build in Brown County, Kewaunee County, Outagamie County, southern Oconto County, Calumet County, Manitowoc County, Winnebago County and Shawano County.
We love to show off our craftsmanship and house designs. We can schedule a walk-through at one or more houses under construction and invite you to tour our homes on display at the Brown County Home Builders Association Showcase of Homes in the spring and fall.
